If you are looking for an aesthetics clinic to administer your dermal fillers, FACEmed in Essex can help. We offer medical aesthetics in a safe clinical environment. Our aesthetics team is headed up by Miss Monica Berrangé who is a Registered General Nurse and an Independent Nurse Prescriber.

Who can benefit from dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers are a very popular treatment and we see both male and female patients at the FACEmed clinic. Dermal fillers can be used to transform your looks and enhance your confidence.

Dermal fillers work well for patients who are noticing the signs of ageing, experience sagging skin or lines that are becoming more pronounced. They are also good for people who are unhappy with some of their facial features, and want them corrected to achieve more symmetry or a desired new look.

What areas of the face can we treat with dermal fillers?

We can treat the following areas:

  • Cheeks
  • Lips
  • Nasolabial folds
  • Temples
  • Marionette line
  • Chin and jaw
  • Tear troughs

Patients may decide to have only one area treated or can opt to have more than one area for a more dramatic anti-ageing effect.

Non surgical facelifts using dermal fillers

By treating more than one area of the face with dermal fillers we can create the look of a facelift. Dermal fillers can be expertly placed to add volume, structure and to lift parts of the face that may be sagging or where the skin has started to look crepey.

Dermal fillers don’t just add volume and structure but they also make the skin look more hydrated which can further improve the look and the feel of your face even further.

At FACEmed our aesthetic injectors are experienced and highly trained. They aim to give our patients natural looking results, so you don’t need to worry about looking puffy or fake after having dermal fillers at our clinic in Crays Hill, Billericay.

Quality dermal fillers

There are different types and brands of filler available on the market. At FACEmed we only use the best quality branded products including Juvederm (which is made by the creators of Botox), Restallyne, and Radiesse dermal filler.

When you visit us for your appointment, our specialists will discuss with you which type of filler is most suited to your needs. We will also discuss with you the volume of filler needed to achieve your desired look.

What can I expect after having dermal filler treatment?

Dermal filler can last from up to 6 to 24 months. This depends on the type of filler you have, your skin and how you look after it, your age, and how much exercise you engage in.

This treatment has minimal side effects, apart from some potential swelling and bruising that will go down within the next few days following your treatment.

After your dermal filler treatment it is best not to engage in any high intensity exercise or visit a steam room or sauna for at least 24 hours.
