Should you wish to request a refund for a product that you have opened used and are subsequently unhappy with, the refund will be processed at the discretion of FACEmed management and will be taken into consideration in-line with the legal rights of the consumer based on the Consumer Rights Directive implemented by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
You have the right to cancel an order from the moment you place the order to 14days from the day you receive your products. You must return the products unopened, unused, with the original packaging intact and undamaged.
Once we have received your returned item in its original unopened and unused condition, funds will be refunded to your original payment method within one week. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes for them to confirm a payment.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange this for a new one. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can with picture proof of damage or full description so that we can begin the process of replacing the product with a new one.
