Liposculpture enhances your body’s shape by augmenting, lifting, and accentuating specific features. This procedure uses liposuction and/or fat transfer to refine shape definition and highlight your best features.
Depending on the extent of your treatment plan, some procedures may be performed as a day case under local anaesthesia with twilight sedation, while others might require an overnight stay. You’ll be fitted with bespoke contour garments and should plan to avoid work for at least 2-3 days. Recovery time varies based on the specifics of your treatment plan.
Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and mini abdominoplasty procedures contour the abdomen to achieve a flatter, firmer stomach. Techniques include muscle tightening, fat-pocket reshaping with liposculpture, and skin tensioning to reveal the definition beneath. Abdominoplasty typically takes up to three hours and usually requires an overnight stay in hospital. Most patients return to work within two to three weeks and resume normal activities in four to six weeks.
Umbilicoplasty optimises the shape and contour of the belly button, enhancing its appearance. This procedure is often performed as part of a classic abdominoplasty but can also be undertaken as a stand-alone procedure upon request. In most cases, umbilicoplasty can be performed under local anaesthesia with twilight sedation, allowing you to go home the same day. Each case is assessed individually to determine the best approach.
Brachioplasty, or upper arm lift surgery, addresses sagging skin and excess fat in the upper arms, often after significant weight loss. The procedure helps to achieve a more contoured and toned appearance, improving both function and aesthetics.
Brachioplasty generally requires a general anaesthetic and an overnight stay in hospital. Recovery time varies, but you should expect to take approximately two to three weeks off work. Normal activities can usually be resumed within four to six weeks, depending on your individual healing process.
