Glassifier is a customisable skin treatment designed to improve skin quality without conventional injections. It uses PEPTAXEL and patented ALTUM® technology to carry peptides through the skin’s outer barrier using microscopic spicules.
The treatment can be tailored to concerns including uneven texture, visible pores, reduced firmness and a lack of radiance. With minimal downtime and a personalised treatment plan, Glassifier offers a different approach to smoother, healthier-looking skin.
Glassifier is a professional, needle-free skin treatment powered by PEPTAXEL. At the centre of the treatment is ALTUM® Peptide: a patented delivery system that combines microscopic spicules with peptides to help carry active ingredients through the skin’s outer barrier.
Unlike an injectable skin booster, Glassifier does not use a needle or cannula. It is designed to support skin quality rather than add facial volume or change facial structure.
The skin’s natural barrier can limit how far ingredients applied to its surface can travel. Glassifier uses microscopic carriers derived from freshwater sponges, known as spicules, to create temporary micro-channels in the outer layers of the skin.
With ALTUM® technology, peptides remain attached to these carriers as they move through the epidermis. They are then released within the skin, helping to support collagen production, elasticity and overall skin quality. The microscopic spicules are naturally shed through the skin’s renewal process, usually within approximately 72 hours.

Glassifier is applied as a tailored two-step treatment, combining an ALTUM® solution powder with a concentrate ampoule selected for the concerns being addressed.
The manufacturer’s recommended course is five treatments, usually spaced two weeks apart. After a completed course, it recommends waiting at least two to three months before beginning another. This is a guide rather than a prescription: your FACEMED practitioner will recommend a plan based on your skin, its response and any other treatments you are having.
Some people begin to notice a change within three to seven days, although results and recovery vary. A course may be recommended where the aim is progressive improvement in overall skin quality.
Glassifier does not require conventional injections or numbing cream. You may feel mild tingling or prickling during or after treatment.
Downtime is generally minimal, but temporary redness, itching, sensitivity or mild peeling can occur. Although the manufacturer notes that redness will often settle within a few hours, individual recovery varies. If you have an important event, allow three to seven days between your treatment and the event.
On the day of treatment, light cleansing with water is recommended. Keep the skin well moisturised and, for three days, avoid activities that raise skin temperature, including strenuous exercise, alcohol and saunas. Your practitioner will give you personalised aftercare advice.
