Since its launch in Italy in 2009, Aqualyx® has grown in popularity due to its non-invasive ability to reduce fat without the need for surgical intervention such as liposuction.
This treatment is ideal for targeting smaller, stubborn pockets of fat, such as the ‘double chin,’ which do not necessarily justify the risks associated with surgery but can benefit from less invasive fat dissolving injections.

A minimum of 3 treatments is recommended, with improvements typically visible after the second treatment. A minimum interval of 4 weeks is required between treatments. Once the desired results are achieved, they can last indefinitely, depending on the patient’s lifestyle and maintenance of body mass.
The treatment consists of a series of injections to the desired area and usually lasts approximately 25 minutes. Post-treatment, the area will feel tender to touch and can swell for up to two weeks. There can also be visible redness or discolouration of the treated area for up to 2 weeks.
All treatments are paid in full at point of delivery.
