Our Promise to You

The FACEmed Cosmetic Medical and Dental Centre is a purpose built and beautifully designed facility at which patient safety, comfort and well-being is of primary importance and at the heart of everything we offer. The Centre has been recognised by the Care Quality Commission and was granted registration in July 2017.

The Centre is able to carry out surgical procedures within the new Operating Theatre under local anaesthesia and sedation. There is also a comprehensive range of dentistry services available within the Dental Department. Non-Surgical techniques will be available and carried out by Miss Monica Berrange within the new treatment area where her Medical Aesthetic practice will continue to offer an innovative healthcare service.

Patient privacy, dignity, compassion and respect will pervade all aspects of the service we offer together with the highest standards of care and service. The views of the Patients using the facility will be sought and valued.  Suggestions may be used to shape future developments and to implement any appropriate changes to existing services. The requirements and wishes of our Patients will remain a priority and we will promote a culture of a commitment to continuous improvement throughout the Centre.
